Standing up to corrupt special interests operating under the color of law.
Arnold — along with his ex-wife — opposed the illegal seizure of their family home.
Despite both owners objecting, a Tarrant County court:
• Inserted an unrelated third party into their divorce
• Sua sponte appointed an attorney as “trustee” over their marital assets
• Allowed that attorney to force a lien on the home — not for justice, but to pay attorneys’ fees

A third party walked into a divorce and took their home.
A Pattern of Abuse
Arnold has repeatedly pleaded with the appellate courts for oversight and correction.
They were ignored.
And now, after years of fighting back through lawful means, Arnold Yan is in jail for simply exercising his FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS!
This is not justice.
